How do I exchange/return a purchased item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Procrastinator products you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. All items must be returned 'as sold' - i.e. not opened and not used. If a returned item fails to meet these requirements Production Line cannot accept it back.

If you need to either return or exchange your Procrastinator products please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact us at or on 07779 235950 and let us know whether you want a refund or replacement and the reason why.

2. Send us the item (address below) in its original packaging, using recorded delivery at your own cost. Production Line cannot be held responsible for any parcels that do not arrive.

3. Once the item is returned it will be checked, and as long as it meets the conditions above your refund/exchange will be actioned.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.
